RFP 2901-07 Voting System Microwave Upgrade

The City of Branson is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to upgrade the Branson Fire Rescue (the "Fire Department") voting receiver system.

The work converts the links between the system's remote receive sites and the comparator(s) from telephone lines to microwave paths; upgrades receiver equipment; removes obsolete telephone-interface equipment; decommissions two sites; and, as an option, builds one new receive site.

Proposals must be electronically received using the City’s designated bidding platform, Euna OpenBids, prior to the SPECIFIED DUE DATE of **November 30, 2026, at 1:30 PM**. **MAILED/HAND-DELIVERED/FAXED/EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.**

Proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided and must be manually signed by the individual authorized to legally bind the company. Proposals received after the opening date and time will be rejected.

Awards will be made to the Proposer whose proposal (1) meets the specifications and all other requirements of the Request for Proposal and (2) is the lowest and best proposal, considering price, delivery, responsibility of the proposer, and all other relevant factors.

Any proposal not withdrawn shall, upon opening, constitute an irrevocable offer for a minimum period of 90 days.

General Liability Insurance with limits of liability not less than **$1,000,000.00** per occurrence and **$2,000,000.00** aggregate. Automobile Liability Insurance with limits of liability not less than **$1,000,000.00** per occurrence. Workers' Compensation Insurance with limits not less than **$1,000,000.00**. The City of Branson must be named as an additional insured.
