Competition Gym Floor Restoration

The City of Papillion is soliciting requests for sand, paint, and seal gymnasium floors. A more detailed description can be found in Project Description and Scope of Work Section.

This solicitation is designed to solicit responses from qualified bidders who will be responsible for providing sand, paint, and seal gymnasium floors at a competitive and reasonable cost.

**Submission:** The City is only accepting electronic responses submitted in accordance with this solicitation. Solicitation Responses must be submitted via e-Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/papillion by the date and time of the opening per the Timeline. No late solicitation responses will be accepted.

**Bids and Amendments Due Date:** November 23, 2026, 4:00pm

The term of the contract will begin March 1, 2027 proceeding execution of the contract by the City and the Vendor (Parties). The City reserves the right to extend the period of this contract beyond the termination date when mutually agreeable to the Parties.

**Evaluation:** Variety of factors, including, but not limited to, price, location, quality, delivery time, vendor qualifications and capabilities, the quality of performance of previous contracts to be considered when evaluating responses to competitive solicitations in determining a responsible bidder.

**Bonds:** Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat § 52-118, for all contracts over **$10,000**, a payment bond or bonds in a sum not less than the contract prices will be required from a corporate surety company with a rating acceptable to the City of Papillion. Performance Bond in a sum not less than the contract price, Payment Bond in a sum not less than the contract price.
