BUIDLING CLEANING SERVICE -2027

Sealed proposals will be received by South Orange Village, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, at Village Hall, 76 South Orange Avenue, Third Floor, South Orange, New Jersey 07079, on **Wednesday, December 2, 2026, 11:00 a.m.** prevailing time or shortly thereafter, and at that time and place publicly opened and read for the BUILDING CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACT –2026, in South Orange, NJ.

South Orange Village disclaims responsibility for late receipt of bids which are not submitted in person (i.e., mail, FedEx, etc.). Bids received after 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 will not be accepted. All bids submitted, either in person or by mail must have the sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside “BUILDING CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACT –2027”.

Copies of the Proposal documents may be obtained from Village website, www.southorange.org under Bids/RFP.

South Orange Village reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid received, and to reject any and/or all bids as in its judgment may best serve the interest of the Village. The Village shall have a maximum of sixty (60) days from the receipt of bids to either accept or reject them.

Proposals for the contracts will be accepted only from Bidders who have been properly qualified in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.

Pursuant to P.L. 1999, c.238, all contractors must register with the State and provide a copy of the registration with the bid.
