It is the intention of these specifications to provide prospective bidders with the requirements to provide in-person Psychological Testing for candidates as required by various Middlesex County agencies.

Submission method

Bids shall be submitted electronically via Middlesex County's Electronic Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/middlesexcountynj/. Bids are due no later than **Friday, November 13, 2026, at 10:00 am** prevailing time. Any bids attempted to be submitted after said designated time shall be automatically rejected by Middlesex County's Electronic Procurement Portal.

The bid opening will be live-streamed via Zoom.

Required forms

There are two (2) forms required as part of your price submittal; (1) the Bid Sheet and (2) the *Price Certification Signature Form*. Bidders shall not alter the official content or requirements of the County bid documents.

Bid terms

• Received opened bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.
• Alternate bids shall not be considered for any potential award of contract in respect to these bid specifications.
• This is a firm fixed contract, prices firm, FOB destination.
• NO MINIMUM PURCHASE IS IMPLIED OR GUARANTEED.
• The award of the contract(s) or the rejection of the bid(s) shall be made within sixty (60) days of the date of opening of bids.
• Written requests for interpretation shall be received at least five (5) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids.
