VEHICLES WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER
The proposal pages shall be completed for each vehicle. Vehicles shall be sold on an “as is” condition with no warranties and guarantees. All sales will be final. Vehicles picked up must be paid in cash to the City of Trenton. No Refunds. The successful bidder(s) must remove the vehicle/s from the designated towing lot at their own expense within ten (10) consecutive calendar days of the sale date and final payment. If vehicles are not picked up within the ten (10) calendar days, all sales and deposits will be forfeited.

Proposal pages must be submitted in a sealed envelope with name, address, BID#2026-95 on the front by **NOVEMBER 13, 2026, PRIOR TO 11:00AM**.
The award shall be given to the highest bidder.
All bidders(s) must have a **10% deposit** (cash, certified bank check or money order payable to the City of Trenton) which shall be based on the total proposal submitted.
