46196C: Rehabilitate Floodwalls

Sealed bids for Project No. 46196-C, comprising of a contract for Electrical Work, Rehabilitate Floodwalls, Cheektowaga Cayuga Creek, Union Road, Cheektowaga (Erie County), NY, will be received by the Office of General Services (OGS), Design & Construction Group (D&C), Division of Contract Management, 35th Fl., Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12242, on behalf of the Department of Environmental Conservation- Water Resources, until **2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2026**, when they will be publicly opened and read.

The substantial completion date for this project is 595 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.

Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of **$42,600** for C).

All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between **$1,000,000 and $2,000,000** for C.
