Sealed bids are requested for multiple prime contracts that will be received at the Allegany County Office Building located at 7 Court Street Room 221, Belmont, NY 14813, until **Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 2:00pm local time**.
The project consists of the installation of a new wastewater collection system including gravity sewer mains with manholes and appurtenances, pump station with force mains including open trench and directional drilling, manholes, and appurtenances. The project also includes a new wastewater treatment attached growth package plant consisting of a new building with screening, primary treatment tanks, EQ/dosing pump tank, moving bed bioreactor (MBBR) system, aeration, secondary clarifier, sludge pump, sand filtration, UV disinfection, lab equipment, site work, and appurtenances.
