The MTA Cash & Investments department requires the services of a Vendor for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (the “MTA”) to comply with the Tax Reform Act of 1986 and subsequent Internal Revenue Service Rules and Regulations which regulate the arbitrage compliance of the investment of tax exempt bond proceeds for the MTA, the New York City Transit Authority (the “NYCT”), and the Tri-borough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, (the “TBTA”).
The Vendor personnel performing these services will have skill sets and experience performing and completing the tasks referenced below in section 2 as well as similar work at other large public sector clients or transportation organizations.
