NYSIF is seeking responses from qualified firms capable of providing Digital Payment Services for NYSIF Payees, as further described in the Request for Information (RFI). NYSIF is seeking information on innovative digital payment solutions that do not require a bank account and enable workers’ compensation payees to receive and access benefit payments quickly, securely, and without fees charged to the payee.
NYSIF remains technology-neutral and does not prescribe to a specific payment instrument, network, technology platform, or product model. This initiative is intended to complement NYSIF’s existing direct deposit and paper check payment methods. All firms with knowledge of Digital Payment Services are encouraged to respond.
