Design Services for Four Substation Replacement Project (STATE)

The Project is comprised of the replacement of the following Four Substations: Utica Avenue Substation, Murray Hill Substation, Laurelton Substation, and Queens Breaker House.

The Consultant shall also provide Design Support Services in accordance with the milestone deadlines listed below, measure from the issuance of the Contract Notice to Proceed (“NTP”). The Consultant shall also provide Procurement Support services for a reasonable period of time until the award of the DB Contract.

The Contract shall have the following Milestone deadlines:

• Milestone I – Delivery of Preliminary Engineering Submissions - Submission of 30% Design Package – 13 weeks after Notice to Proceed (“NTP”)
• Milestone II – Delivery of Draft and Final Preliminary Designs and Bid Package Submission of 90% Design Package - 100 weeks after NTP
• Milestone III – Procurement Support - Submission of 100% Contract Bid Package – 104 weeks after NTP
