The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage an experienced design consultant (“Consultant”) to develop, design, and support the procurement of a Design-Build contract (the “DB Contract”) for the 8th Avenue Line Bundle Project (the “Project).
