REBID 2027 Highway Material Bids

The County of Ontario will receive sealed bids for the following REBID 2027 Highway Material Bids.

• B27016 REBID Purchase & Delivery of Ready-Mix Concrete & CLSM – HWY
• B27017 REBID Purchase & Placement of Asphalt Paving Materials – HWY

Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO **3:00 PM** Prevailing time, **November 17, 2026** at which time said bids will be opened and read; and via Webex.

Bid forms and specifications may be obtained via the County’s eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny or at the office of the County Purchasing Director at the above mentioned address, the Ontario County website www.ontariocountyny.gov/purchasing or via telephone (585)396-4442. Vendors requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs.

**Electronic responses will not be accepted for this project.** NYS GML does not allow us to accept electronic responses for Article 8 Public Works projects. Any response submitted electronically will be deemed non-responsive and rejected.

The County shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the County Purchasing Department or via our eProcurement portal. [...] It is HIGHLY suggested that all vendors interested in participating in this project, consult the eProcurement portal at the above website to assure they have received the most accurate and up to date material concerning this contract.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
