The University at Buffalo is seeking competitive quotations for the furnishing and delivery of vertical fan coil units to replace existing units in Clemens Hall. Products offered must meet or exceed the specifications identified below. Equivalent products will be considered and must be accompanied by complete technical specifications and cut sheets demonstrating equivalency.

Delivery Location

Quotations shall be submitted **electronically via email** to Amanda Brandis, Senior Sourcing Specialist, abrandis@buffalo.edu.

Quotations must be received no later than **November 24, 2026 by 3:00 P.M.**

Interested vendors shall provide:

• Manufacturer name
• Model number(s)
• Product literature and specifications
• Unit pricing and total pricing
• Delivery lead time
• Warranty information
• Freight and any additional charges

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible vendor whose quotation is determined to provide the best value to the University, considering compliance with specifications, pricing, delivery requirements, and other relevant factors.

The University at Buffalo reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive minor informalities, request additional information from respondents, and determine whether proposed products are acceptable equivalents to the specified requirements.
