The following schedule and procedures shall be utilized for prequalification of first tier subcontractors. First tier bidders shall complete and submit the prequalification application and requested attachments in accordance with the schedule below:

In determining subcontractor's qualifications, the following shall be considered: (1) financial strength and capacity; (2) prior performance, with particular concern and emphasis given to adherence to schedule, quality of work, experience on projects of similar character, complexity and cost, and claims/disputes history; (3) past experience with the Owner, the Construction Manager, the designer and other subcontractors, including, claims, disputes, arbitration or litigation involving any one or more of those parties.
