A **Mandatory** Pre-Bid Meeting will take place at Randolph Middle School on November 2, 2026 at 9am.

Bids will be due by mail, or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 NLT **10:00 AM on November 18, 2026** Attn: Yolanda Fergerson, at which time they will be publicly opened. **5% Bid Bond is required** with all bid submissions over $500K and above. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract execution.
