Out of State Work Compliance

Miami University is seeking proposals for an RFP for a multistate employment compliance technology vendor that can provide automated regulatory monitoring, compliance guidance, and integration with Workday.

Miami University currently employs workers in 32 states, creating a significant and increasingly complex need to monitor and respond to state and local employment requirements.

The desired solution would move Miami away from a largely manual process of identifying regulatory changes, determining whether they apply to University employees, communicating changes to departments, and tracking implementation. Instead, the vendor would provide an automated mechanism for identifying relevant changes based on the states and employee populations in which Miami operates and delivering those changes to the appropriate University offices.
