Metro Regional Transit Authority is seeking quotes for inspections of all of our Fire Protection Systems. In addition, the vendor will be required to recharge all fire extinguishers on an “as needed basis”.

Metro Regional Transit Authority is seeking quotes for inspections of all of our Fire Protection Systems. In addition, the vendor will be required to recharge all fire extinguishers on an “as needed basis”.

Submission method

Bidders shall submit through METRO's OpenGov portal and no submittals will be recognized if they are not received through OpenGov. Bids must be received before **4:00 pm on Thursday, December 17, 2026**. Bids received after that date and time will not be opened or considered.

Any questions should be submitted through the Question & Answer section of the project (IFB #2026-17) on METRO's OpenGov Portal.

Award

The contract shall be awarded to the lowest and best overall bid meeting the minimum requirements as set forth in the specifications.

Contract term

Duration of the proposed contract shall be for one (1) year with four(4) optional years to start date of contract/ agreement signing.

Required forms

All required information in the Vendor Questionnaire section of this posting on OpenGov must be completed. Bidder is required to submit with his bid an affidavit stating that neither he nor his agents, nor any other party for him has paid or agreed to pay, directly or indirectly, any persons, firm, or corporation any money or valuable consideration for assistance in procuring or attempting to procure the contract herein referred to.
