TxDOT is issuing this Request for Offer ("Solicitation") to establish a contract for the purchase of the goods ("Goods") and/or services ("Services") described in the Statement of Work (SOW). TxDOT invites any qualified party to submit a Response. This is a re-advertisement of Solicitation No. 601440000053169.

Respondent must submit one signed and dated Response through the Procurement Website on or before the Response Deadline.

If Respondent elects not to submit the Response through the Procurement Website, Respondent must contact a Purchasing Contact for assistance no later than three Business Days prior to the Response Deadline.

Any Response sent to TxDOT personnel via email - whether directly, courtesy copy (cc), or blind copy (bcc) - will be invalid and will not be considered.

Evaluation

TxDOT will conduct a review of each Response on pass/fail criteria. Responses will be evaluated as follows:

Multiple contracts may be awarded from this Solicitation in accordance with Government Code §2156.
