The San Antonio Water System is seeking to establish an annual contract with qualified plumbing contractors to provide sewer lateral inspection, cleaning, repair, replacement, installation, and restoration services for residential customers participating in the Laterals to People (LTP) and Sewer Lateral Improvement Program (SLIP). The objective of this contract is to ensure timely, cost-effective, and code-compliant repairs and installations that restore sewer service, protect public health, reduce environmental risks, and improve access to wastewater infrastructure for qualifying customers.
Bids must be received **Electronically** or by **Sealed Bid** in the Purchasing Office by date and time specified, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Sealed Bids that are either mailed or delivered must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director Purchasing, and have the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
