RFP Odor Control

The City of Fort Worth seeks proposals to finalize an Agreement for Odor Control for the Water Department on an "as needed" basis.

Submission method

All submissions/Proposals must be submitted electronically prior to the close date and time under the respective Project/RFP via the Euna Portal: https://fortworthtexas.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities

Proposals delivered in any other manner than using the Euna Portal will not be accepted or considered. No late Proposals shall be accepted.

Failure to complete and submit all required information listed in the respective RFP will be grounds for rejection of a Proposal as non-responsive.

Your Proposals must be finalized, uploaded, and submitted in the Euna Portal prior to the posted Close Date and Time for the Project/RFP.

Questions

All questions, explanations, clarifications, or interpretations desired by Proposers regarding any part of the solicitation must be electronically submitted to the City of Fort Worth's Euna Portal through the "Vendor Discussion" section under the respective Project/Request For Proposal (RFP) before the Questions Due Date and time specified in the Euna Portal.

Insurance

Vendor must provide City with certificate(s) of insurance documenting policies of the following types and minimum coverage limits that are to be in effect prior to commencement of any Services pursuant to this Agreement:

• Commercial General Liability: **$1,000,000** each occurrence, **$2,000,000** aggregate
• Automobile Liability: **$1,000,000** each occurrence on a combined single limit basis
• Worker's Compensation: Statutory limits according to the Texas Workers' Compensation Act or any other state workers' compensation laws where the Services are being performed
• Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions): **$1,000,000** each claim limit, **$1,000,000** aggregate limit
