Audio & Visual Project Follow Solicitation

The County of Burnet, hereafter called OWNER, is requesting sealed written Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and performing all Work required for the following Project:

Burnet County is seeking sealed bids for sound and visual presentation equipment for the District and County Court at Laws courtrooms.

Specifications are the same for both courtrooms.

• Control Processor to handle current requests plus some expansion> Ideally 16 input and 8 outputs.
• Sound and Video Control panel for Bailiff as well as at the bench or the Judge.
• Dedicated output for the Court Reporter.
• 9 wired mics with goosenecks.
• 4 large displays for the room.
• 6 additional monitors for specific locations.
• 10 speakers mounted in the ceiling with appropriate amplification.

Each courtroom will be separate and stand-alone system, AV closet in each room is available. Will need a rack and power management.

Respondent shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily design, fabricate, manufacture, furnish, deliver, install, construct, test, and place into service the components and complete assemblies for the Courtrooms audio & visual project and associated improvements, including components, features and accessories to complete project.

Submission

Sealed Bids will be received at the Burnet County Purchasing Office, 133 E Jackson, Burnet, Texas 78611. Bids will also be accepted electronically at: bids@burnetcountytexas.org. If submitting an electronic response, Bidder is not required to submit in hard copy format.

**Bid Due/Open Date: November 24, 2026, 10:00 AM.** ALL BIDS NOT RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE DATE AND TIMES SET FORTH ABOVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CONSIDERATION AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW.

Bonds

A bid bond shall be five percent (5%) of the Contract Amount and Performance and Payment bonds shall be issued in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. A payment bond is required for contracts over $25,000. A performance bond is required for contracts in excess of $100,000.

Award

Award of Contract will be to the lowest, responsible bidder meeting all requirements of the Bid Documents.

The undersigned bidder agrees to commence work within ten (10) Calendar Days after contract is fully executed.
