AUTO AND PROPERTY APPRAISAL SERVICES Follow Solicitation

The City of San Antonio (City), Office of Risk Management (ORM), is seeking a vendor to provide automobile and property appraisal services for property damages caused to third parties by the City.

Appraisal requests will include automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, heavy equipment, residential and commercial property damage, cosmetic or structural. Services shall extend to include medical reviews, appraisal reviews submitted by third‑party representatives, and special investigations of incidents and conduct interviews, collect data, and statements for appraisal reviews. Services do not include third-party workman’s compensation claims.

Respondents may submit written questions concerning this RFP to the Staff Contact Person listed below until 4:00 p.m., Central Time, on November 2, 2026. Questions received after the stated deadline will not be answered. All questions shall be sent by e-mail. Questions submitted and the City’s responses will be posted with this solicitation.
