Manufacturer of listed items is Freefly Systems. Items Specified are Brand and model specified are for illustrative purposes only. Equivalents may be considered. If bidding an equivalent, vendor should provide the following:

Alta X Gen2 (NDAA)

**Warranty:** All items specified within this document must be warranted against defective materials, workmanship and failures for a minimum of **twelve (12) months** after delivery and acceptance. Warranty includes all parts and labor.

This bid includes installation or other on-site services.

All Bid/RFP responses **must be submitted through this online portal** by the specified dates. Vendors are responsible for checking the AggieBid Site for amendments and must resubmit their bids if any amendments are issued.

Payment terms are 100% **Net 30** upon receipt and acceptance of goods/services and a correct, uncontested invoice. As an Agency of the State of Texas, Net 30 terms are required.

Insurance will be required that meets or exceed the insurance requirements listed under Buyer Attachments. The winning vendor will be required to provide an updated COI naming the organization as an additional insured prior to contract execution.

International Deliveries: Must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to College Station, TX. Domestic Deliveries: Must be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed.

This agreement is subject to cancellation without penalty, either in whole or in part, if funds are not appropriated by the Texas Legislature, or otherwise made available to the using agency.
