ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (NCTCOG) 'STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION' AND THE CITY OF CORINTH ENGINEERING STANDARDS.
ONLY THOSE ITEMS LISTED IN THE BID FORM WILL BE MEASURED AND PAID FOR AT THE UNIT PRICE. ALL OTHER WORK SHALL BE CONSIDERED SUBSIDIARY AND BE INCLUDED IN THE UNIT PRICE FOR THE VARIOUS BID ITEMS.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM ON SATURDAY. NO WORK WILL BE ALLOWED ON SUNDAYS AND DESIGNATED CITY HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE CITY.
