Proposals will remain sealed until the due date and time to avoid disclosure to competing proposals. Proposals received after the Proposal due date and time will not be considered.
The Proposal will be a firm offer which will be irrevocable and valid for 120 calendar days from the opening date.
**Contract term:** The contract shall be valid upon Board of Trustee approval for one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
