RFP Conservation Plumbing Fixtures

The City of Fort Worth seeks proposals to finalize an Agreement for conservation plumbing fixtures for the Water Department on an "as needed" basis.

All questions, explanations, clarifications, or interpretations desired by Proposers regarding any part of the solicitation must be electronically submitted to the City of Fort Worth's Euna Portal through the "Vendor Discussion" section under the respective Project/Request For Proposal (RFP) before the Questions Due Date and time specified in the Euna Portal.

Your Proposals must be finalized, uploaded, and submitted in the Euna Portal prior to the posted Close Date and Time for the Project/RFP. [...] All submissions/Proposals must be submitted electronically prior to the close date and time under the respective Project/RFP via the Euna Portal: https://fortworthtexas.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities Failure to complete and submit all required information listed in the respective RFP will be grounds for rejection of a Proposal as non-responsive. No late Proposals shall be accepted. Proposals delivered in any other manner than using the Euna Portal will not be accepted or considered.

Proposer shall furnish the following information with their Proposal, for at least three (3) recent customers to whom subject services were provided that are similar to the requirements stipulated in this RFP. References will be contacted during evaluation.
