The City of Plano is soliciting bids for work including, but not limited to, the removal and reconstruction of brick screening wall panels, brick double wall repairs, column reconstruction, and mow pad repair at various locations throughout the City of Plano.

The City of Plano is soliciting bids for work including, but not limited to, the removal and reconstruction of brick screening wall panels, brick double wall repairs, column reconstruction, and mow pad repair at various locations throughout the City of Plano.

The preferred method for proposal submission is **electronically through IonWave**. If you choose to submit your bid/proposal in person, Procurement personnel will be available Mondays and Wednesdays between the hours of **10 a.m. and 2 p.m.** The person delivering the bid/proposal must call (972) 941-7557 upon arrival during those hours and wait in the lobby for someone to meet them to receive their bid/proposal. Responses delivered in person are to be delivered in a **sealed envelope** to the Procurement Division.

All responses are due prior to the published closing date and time. No late responses will be accepted.

This project is estimated at **$2,030,000** for the initial term, an additional **$3,000,000** for the second term, and an additional **$2,000,000** for the third term.
