TxCDBG RFQ for Administrator

The City of Aubrey intends to participate in the Texas Community Development Block Grant program through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The 2027 - 2028 Community Development Fund project will consist of one or more projects classified as regional first priority. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified professional Administrator or Service Provider (individual/firm) to assist in application preparation and administration of the contract.

Proposals are due to the City no later than **2:00 pm on Monday, November 16, 2026**. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened publicly at City Hall, 107 South Main Street, Aubrey, Texas at 2:05 p.m.

The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Veteran Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
