Order quantities will be determined as needed throughout the contract period. This contract will allow the purchase of additional licenses as needed and indicated by JSD.
**Bids MUST be submitted electronically through the U3P Bonfire portal** (https://utah.bonfirehub.com). Bids must be received by the due date and time (deadline) posted on U3P Bonfire. Bids received after the deadline will be late and ineligible for consideration.
Bids will NOT be accepted via email, via fax, or via any hard copy delivery method.
This IFB is intended to result in a one-time purchase of a two (2) year software support agreement, paid upfront.
All pricing must be guaranteed for one hundred twenty (120) days.
**Mandatory** minimum requirements (pass or fail): timely bid response; vendor must be an authorized reseller of the requested software and provide a letter from the license distributor indicating that the business is authorized to resell the software; bidder must quote support licenses and part numbers as specified in the scope of work; alternate bids will not be accepted; bidder must sign the *Public Contract Boycott Restrictions Statement* (see Attachment B) if the bid exceeds $100,000 or the bidder has more than 10 full-time employees.
Bids will be evaluated in three stages: responsiveness to mandatory minimum requirements, technical evaluation, and cost evaluation. JSD shall award a contract as soon as practicable to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest responsive bid.
JSD is tax exempt. Please do not list sales tax on your quote.
