Bid Alternates

• ALTERNATE 1 - PEDESTAL PAVERS: BASE BID: AT ROOF OF SECURE PARKING, BETWEEN GRIDS 31/39 AND BETWEEN GRIDS E /H, PROVIDE CONCRETE TOPPING SLAB FOR WALKING SURFACE AS SHOWN ON AS103 AND IN DETAILS. ALTERNATE BID: REPLACE TOPPING SLAB IN BASE BID WITH PEDESTAL PAVER SYSTEM. ELIMINATE RIGID INSULATION BETWEEN CONCRETE PT DECK AND WALKING SURFACE. ELIMINATE SURFACE DRAINS AND ASSOCIATED DRAIN PIPING. DO NOT ELIMINATE DRAINS AT CONCRETE POST TENSION DECK LEVEL.
• ALTERNATE 2 - SECURE PARKING HEAT: BASE BID: ROUGH IN POWER AND GAS ONLY FOR (4) FUTURE GAS FIRED RADIANT HEATERS IN SECURE PARKING. ALTERNATE BID: PROVIDE (4) OPERATIONAL GAS-FIRED RADIANT HEATERS (UH-1,UH2, UH3, UH4) AS SHOWN ON MH112.6
