Bid submissions will be received by J.H. Findorff on **November 12th, 2026** until **2:00 PM**. Bids will be submitted **electronically to wausaubids@findorff.com** with subject line including project name, RFB#2026-29PC – Bid Package #5 – Load Bearing Masonry and Long Leadtime Items for Portage County New Jail and LEC. Bids received after this time may not be accepted. Combination bids are acceptable. Only one Bid Form per Proposal, but any bidder may submit more than one Proposal. No Bid Security is required. There will not be a public bid opening for this project. Awarded contractors will be notified within three weeks of submission by Findorff. Bid acceptance is subject to acceptance by the Owner.
The CMaR on this project, J.H. Findorff, will be required to submit any proposals on trade packages for this project to Portage County by 4:30pm on November 11th, 2026.
