The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting Quotes from qualified consultants to provide professional Architecture/Engineering services for the Talkeetna Library Electrical Improvements at the Talkeetna Library 24645 Talkeetna Spur Rd, Talkeetna, AK 99676.
The Talkeetna Library has requested additional interior lighting and electrical outlets throughout the facility, as well as additional exterior lighting. The project will require professional design services to evaluate the existing electrical system, identify the required improvements, and determine how the new lighting and outlets will be installed and connected to the existing electrical panels.
The design shall address both interior electrical improvements and exterior site lighting and shall include the plans, specifications, cost estimate, and bid documents necessary to advertise the project for construction.
Based on a mutually agreed scope of work, schedule and fee, Consultant’s services may include, but not necessarily be limited to:
At a minimum, the design is subject to the specifications and guidelines set forth in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough Facilities Design Criteria Manual.
All reports, plans, specifications, estimates and similar work products provided by the Consultant shall be prepared by or under the supervision of an Architect, Engineer, or Land Surveyor currently registered in Alaska.
Submit the quote by the above time and date to the Borough through Euna Procurement. Late quotes will not be accepted.
This is an informal quotation that will not be read at public opening. Quote will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest total quote price (Total Base Quote only or Total Base Quote and any selected Alternates, as applicable). Quotes over **$50,000** may not be accepted.
