WAN Eligible Erate Services

The Holbrook Unified School District is requesting proposals for a Wide Area Network to support existing and anticipated instructional and administrative needs of the District between the District Office locations and the campuses identified in the specifications below. The District is seeking a high reliability solution, and will accept land based copper/Optical Ethernet or Wireless proposals.

Holbrook Unified School District (HUSD) participates in the Federal Communications Commission’s E-Rate Program, which provides discounts to eligible schools and libraries for qualifying telecommunications, Internet access, and related services. Through the E-Rate Program, the District seeks to maximize available funding to support reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology infrastructure and connectivity for students, staff, and District facilities.

HUSD is conducting this solicitation to obtain competitive proposals for E-Rate eligible Category 1 services, including self-provisioned and leased network, wide area network transport, and Internet access for the applicable funding year. The procurement and any resulting contract(s) shall be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and E-Rate requirements. Vendors responding to this solicitation must meet all applicable requirements established by the E-Rate Program and shall provide the documentation and information necessary for HUSD to complete its E-Rate funding and compliance obligations.

Please note the Proposal Submission Deadline time. Offers will not be accepted after this programmed time. A submission at 10:00:01 is late and will not be accepted. Also note the submission time is Mountain Standard Time.

A facsimile, physical mail, or mailgram offer shall be rejected.

The *Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Solicitation* form must be submitted with the Offer and signed by a representative of the Offeror.

The Offeror shall hold its Offer open for the later of (i) the number of days after the Offer Deadline stated in the Solicitation or (ii) ninety (90) days.
