Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, vehicles, travel, and any incidentals necessary to provide routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs services, for one (1) parking structure generator, one (1) roof generator, and one (1) fire pump to Caltrans.

The services shall be performed in District 8 at the Rosa Parks building, located at 464 West 4th Street, San Bernardino, CA 92401, within San Bernardino County.

**Submission:** The Price Quote should be emailed to John.Leyva@dot.ca.gov. The price quote email should be clearly marked with the IFPQ number, title, and 'PRICE QUOTATION SUBMITTAL'. All price quotes must be received by **3:00 p.m. on 11/06/2026** (Pacific Time).

**Required:** Prime bidder shall have a current and valid C-10 – Electrical Contractor license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) or a B - General Building Contractor license and subcontract with a contractor who possesses a valid and current C-10 license. Prime bidder and subcontractor(s) shall possess a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).

**Maximum:** The total price quote proposal for this Agreement must not exceed **$484,000.00**. A bid amount more than $484,000.00 will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected.

**Evaluation:** The Agreement, if awarded, shall be awarded to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest price quote and meets all the specifications.

**Bonds:** If the successful bidder's bid exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement.

**Insurance:** The bidder who receives the Agreement award must provide a Certificate of Insurance providing proof of insurance to the Division of Procurement and Contracts within 10 working days from the date of notification of award.

**Prevailing wages:** This contract requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $15,000.

**Site inspection:** A **Mandatory** Site inspection is scheduled at 10:00 a.m., 10/28/2026, at 464 West 4th Street, San Bernardino, CA 92401.
