This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) to select a Contractor to provide graphic design services.

Proposals must be received by StanRTA at its office at 912 11th Street, Suite 100, Modesto, California 95354 by **4:00 PM Pacific Time on December 1, 2026**. No other form of delivery method shall be accepted other than by mail or in-person.
Proposals will be publicly opened at 4:15 PM Pacific Time on December 1, 2026.
Evaluation
An evaluation committee will review, assess, and rank all proposals submitted by qualified Contractors. The contract will be awarded to the Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous and deliver the greatest overall value to StanRTA.
Contract Term
The Contract Term for the services to be provided under this RFP is anticipated to commence on February 1, 2027, and continue for an initial three-year period through January 31, 2030, with up to two (2) additional one-year option periods that may be exercised at StanRTA’s discretion.
Required
The Contractor is required to submit a Technical Proposal along with Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, and F. Registration on SAM.gov is mandatory.
