The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners invites vendors to submit bids for construction of a 6-foot-wide sidewalk along the West side of Ballantrae Boulevard from Straton Place to Bud Bexley Parkway providing a connected length of approximately 1.2 miles, as per the listed project specific special conditions.

The Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, in the version referenced in the Project Plans ("FDOT Standard Specifications"), shall govern all Work on the Project, except as modified under these Project-Specific Conditions.
The CONTRACTOR shall complete the Work to be performed under this Agreement within 160 calendar days (the initial Contract Time) from the date of the Notice to Proceed issued by the COUNTY.
In addition to the number of calendar days specified for the initial Contract Time, 90 calendar days have been included in the overall Contract Time for allocation to the CONTRACTOR for performance of Allowance Work.
Liquidated damages shall apply to compensate for delays: $1,685.00 per diem.
The CONTRACTOR shall furnish to the COUNTY all appropriate Certificates of Insurance, and a Performance Bond and/or Payment Bond for the Contract Price within ten (10) days following Notification of Award.
