The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified contractors to provide ongoing and as-needed commercial-grade office furniture for Hillsborough County Fire Rescue (HCFR) fire stations for a two (2)-year period.
This procurement aligns with the Station Accommodations Section of the Firefighter’s Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Suppression Unit.
The Contractor shall provide HCFR with commercial-grade office furniture as per these specifications and the Bid Pricing Table.
The Contractor shall, upon County request, provide complete specifications, manufacturer’s descriptive literature, and/or advertising data sheets with cuts or photographs for the specific model bid. The Contractor shall, upon County request, provide maintenance manuals and/or care instructions for all furniture supplied.
For each conference table, the Contractor shall screen-print or digitally print the HCFR logo onto the center of the laminated top. Logo shall have a high-gloss finish. Please refer to *Attachment A – HCFR Logo*.

Delivery of the goods and/or performance of the Services and/or Work must be no later than thirty (30) Days after Contractor's receipt of a Purchase Order from the County. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all freight charges.

The manufacturer’s standard warranty shall apply and be in effect from the date of acceptance by the County. In no case shall the warranty period be less than one (1) year, unless a longer period is specified by the manufacturer.

Bids that are submitted or delivered by non-electronic means (hard-copy paper), facsimile, electronic mail (e-mail), electronic file, or means other than through the County's electronic bidding system (Euna Procurement) will not be accepted or considered.

Award will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible Bidder meeting Specifications. If this Solicitation Document contains more than one line item, the County reserves the right to award by line item, by group/section, or by overall total net Bid price, whichever is determined to be in the County’s best interest.
Insurance coverage is not required for this procurement. Bid, performance, and/or payment surety is not required for this procurement.
The Contract resulting from this Solicitation Document will be in effect for a two (2)-year period (ending on the last Business Day of the final month) from the effective date of the Contract as established by the County’s Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) or Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA).
