Hot Patch - Superpave Asphaltic Concrete

The City of Sarasota is seeking bids to furnish Hot Patch - Superpave Asphaltic Concrete, Type SP-9.5 or SP-12.5 Traffic Level C, as per the most recent State of Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.

Bidder shall indicate physical address of asphalt plant. Product shall be loaded by the vendor onto the City of Sarasota trucks at the vendor's plant on an as-needed basis.

**Submission method:** Only electronic Responses will be submitted to the CITY via the CITY's online solicitation program. The electronic copy should include one consolidated PDF file that contains the entire Response.

It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure that their Response is uploaded before the deadline date and time. Responses, which for any reason are not uploaded on time, will not be considered.

Any Response not so withdrawn shall, upon opening, constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days to sell to the CITY the goods or services set forth in the attached specifications.

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are to be FOB-Destination.

The CITY may extend this contract up to one hundred eighty (180) days beyond the expiration date of the existing contract.
