The Muscogee County School District (MCSD) is soliciting sealed bids for grounds maintenance services for the school buildings, Muscogee County Public Education Center (MCPEC), Columbus Public Library, three library branch buildings, and associated support buildings. Each job or delivery shall be initiated by a purchase order specifying the location and the work to be performed. No work or delivery should be performed without an authorized purchase order number.
The vendor shall be responsible and liable for damage to the storage, building, and grounds areas if the vendor’s employees or agents cause damage during the time of service.
The *Entire Project Financial Form* lists each elementary school, middle school and high school with its address, acreage, wooded areas, ponds, fence lines, playgrounds and sports fields, and an annual cost to be quoted.

The contract period shall cover the period March 1, 2027 through February 28, 2028. The Board may renew the contract in one-year increments, not to exceed a total of three years.

The successful bidder shall supply to the school district proof of insurance for automobiles, workers’ compensation, and general liability. Muscogee County School District must be shown as Additional Insured with respect to liability.
