Concrete Meter Vault (Three (3) Year Multiyear Contract)

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for Concrete Meter Vault (Three (3) Year Multiyear Contract).

Project work includes furnishing, delivering, and setting up durable concrete meter vaults used to house large water meters for the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management (DWM). The vaults are required to protect critical water infrastructure from environmental elements and unauthorized access, and shall be provided throughout DeKalb County on an as-needed basis in accordance with the County’s specifications.

Project work includes furnishing, delivering, and setting up durable concrete meter vaults used to house large water meters for the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management (DWM). The vaults are required to protect critical water infrastructure from environmental elements and unauthorized access, and shall be provided throughout DeKalb County on an as-needed basis in accordance with the County’s specifications.

The contract will be an “Indefinite Quantity” type with County requirements to be satisfied on an “as ordered” basis. The County makes no promise, real or implied, to order any quantity whatsoever. [...] each contractor is obligated to deliver all articles and services that may be ordered during the contract term.

The Contractor shall commence the Work under this Contract within ten (10) days from the written Notice to Proceed (“Commencement Date”) and fully complete the work within one thousand ninety-five (1,095) days from and including the Notice to Proceed.

Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO **3:00 pm on Friday, November 13, 2026**. Late Bids will not be accepted. Telephone, fax and paper bids will not be accepted.

PRICE SCHEDULE MUST NOT BE SUBMITTED ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN PRICE SCHEDULE SECTION, OR BIDDER WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD

Bids submitted will be evaluated and recommended for award to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Bidder(s). The intent of this bid is to make an all-award; however, the County reserves the right to award by line item or multiple awards.

Bidder shall provide three (3) references for projects similar in size and scope within the last four (4) years, to the project specified herein using the *Reference and Release Form* in the VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE.

In order for a Bid to be considered, it is **mandatory** that the Bidder/Contractor’s Affidavit of Compliance with O.C.G.A. §13-10-91 be completed and submitted with the Bid.

Supplier registration through the electronic platform, CV360, is **required** to transact business with DeKalb County.

Prices shall remain firm for the first full twelve (12) months of the awarded contract.

The Contractor shall commence the Work under this Contract within ten (10) days from the written Notice to Proceed.
