Before any work begins, the vendor(s) must submit a detailed written estimate to the Associate Director of Fleet Maintenance or the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator. [...] Approval must be obtained before any work can start.
CCSD will not pay for any services that were not approved by authorized CCSD Fleet Maintenance personnel.
In the event the vendor cannot fulfill the CCSD’s emergency request needs within one (1) working day from the work request, CCSD reserves the right to contact and contract with another vendor.
In the event the vendor cannot fulfill the CCSD’s non-emergency needs within ten (10) working days from the work request, CCSD reserves the right to contact and contract with another vendor.
