Lassiter HS Grandstand Improvements

The renovations at the Lassiter High School stadium (home side) include demolition and replacement of the existing press box. Additional scope includes new aluminum stairs and landing to the press box to comply with codes, along with repairs and improvements to the existing concrete bleachers and application of a protective coating to select surfaces.

Sealed bids are requested by the Cobb County School District (CCSD) from General Contractors (current Georgia General Contractor’s License, no other license is acceptable) for the construction of:

Bids will be received through the CCSD Euna Procurement Portal at https://cobbk12.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. Bids submitted in any manner other than through the CCSD Euna Procurement Portal will not be accepted.

Due Date/Time: 2:30 PM, ET, December 2, 2026

To be eligible to respond to this bid, Contractors must pre-qualify as outlined in CCSD Board Administrative Rule FGC-R. The deadline for submitting pre-qualification requirements for this project is **3:00 PM ET on November 17, 2026**. Contractors must provide proof of previous job experience within 30% of the cost or scope of this project.

Attendance at the pre-bid conference is a **mandatory** prerequisite to submitting a bid. Bid responses will only be accepted from companies that have downloaded bid documents from the Design Professional.

No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after bid opening except within 48 hours if an appreciable error can be shown.

Bid responses must be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to the Cobb County School District, in the amount equal to **five (5) percent** of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in an amount equal to **100 percent** of the contract price.
