Lakeside High School Tennis Court Repair TC-11-12-26A

Columbia County School District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Tennis Court Repairs for Lakeside High School. Engineer Project No. 26-8173.

Lakeside High School Tennis Courts Repairs which include removal of the existing asphalt tennis courts, installation of a dewatering system, and installation of new asphalt tennis courts. Salvage and reinstall all fencing, netting, and restore construction area.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the Columbia County Board of Education, Attn: Mr. Tim Beatty located at 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, Georgia 30809, until **Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time**.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the COLUMBIA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work. Each bond shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Certified checks or letters of credit are not acceptable.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 35 days after time has been called on the date of the opening of bids.

Contractors shall submit to the Owner the completed *Article 8 - Statement of Bidders Qualifications Form* attached to the Proposal Form at the time of the bid.

Upon request, bidders may obtain bid documents on a USB storage device from the office of the engineer at a cost of **$75** (including shipping), which is non-refundable.
