Purchase of Three (3) Zero Turn Mowers

This is an invitation to submit a bid to supply Chatham County with construction, equipment, supplies and/or services as indicated herein.

Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide Chatham County Parks & Recreation with three (3) new Ferris Mid-Mount Zero Turn model ISX 3300. Bids offering equivalent equipment may be submitted.

Vendors proposing equivalent equipment must provide product literature that includes pictures and manufacturer specifications, demonstrating that the proposed equipment meets or exceeds the specified requirements. The manufacturer’s name and model number must be clearly identified on the pricing sheet. All equipment must be new, unused, and free of defects. Bids submitted by brokers or resellers will not be considered.

All integral parts, components, and accessories necessary to provide a complete, fully functional unit, whether or not specifically identified in these specifications, must be furnished. Each mower must be fully assembled, properly adjusted, and equipped with all required components and accessories, and must be ready for continuous operation upon delivery.

Bidders shall provide their delivery time frame upon submission. Award may be contingent upon delivery time frame.

Sealed bids will be received online as instructed on the Chatham County Purchasing Portal at https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal. Please notify the Procurement contact if you are unable to submit your bid on-line.

BIDS NOT SUBMITTED BY THE TIME AND DATE SPECIFIED WILL NOT BE OPENED OR CONSIDERED.

Bidder warrants that bid prices, terms and conditions quoted in his bid will be firm for acceptance for a period of sixty (60) days from bid opening date, unless otherwise stated in the bid.

The contract, if awarded, will be awarded to that responsible bidder whose bid/proposal will be most advantageous to Chatham County, price and other factors considered.

Minimum limits: $1,000,000 bodily injury and property damage per occurrence and annual aggregate for Commercial General Liability.

Terms of contract: One-time Purchase.
