The selected provider will serve as the Town's primary technology partner and will be expected to provide reliable day-to-day support while proactively managing the Town's technology environment, cybersecurity posture, business continuity, and long-term technology needs.

  • Backup, Recovery and Business Continuity: Monitor backup success and failures. Periodically test restoration capabilities. Maintain documented recovery procedures for critical Town systems.
  • Police, Court and GCIC/CJIS Support: The provider must be capable of supporting the Town's Police Department and Municipal Court technology environments.
  • Website Management and Support: If a new vendor is selected, the website will need to be transferred to a new host with minimal downtime. Proposers who cannot facilitate this transfer must make that clear in their proposal.
