The City of Dublin, Georgia ("City") is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide manhole repair and replacement services for the Riverview Golf Course Manhole Repair Project, located at 300 Riverview Drive, Dublin, Georgia 31021.
The Contractor shall substantially complete all Work within the calendar month of January 2027, with Final Completion achieved no later than **January 31, 2027**.
The Contractor shall coordinate all work with the City's designated representative and the Riverview Golf Course staff. To the greatest extent practicable, the Contractor shall schedule and perform the Work in a manner that minimizes impacts to golf course operations.
The schedule shall include all major activities, including but not limited to:
**Submission:** An original and three (3) copies of this RFP are to be submitted to David Sawyer, Dublin Purchasing Director, 702 E. Madison St., Dublin, Georgia 31021. Proposals MUST be submitted no later than **2PM EST on November 24, 2026**. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope or container marked "RFP # 26-1023-01 – Riverview Golf Course Manhole Repair".
Evaluation criteria
**Bonds:** Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Proposal amount. The successful Proposer shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount.
**Insurance:** Commercial General Liability $2,000,000 per occurrence and $4,000,000 general aggregate; Commercial Automobile Liability $1,000,000 combined single limit; Umbrella/Excess Liability $2,000,000 per occurrence / aggregate.
**Contract term:** The Contract is a project‑specific construction contract with no renewal options. The Contract shall be a lump-sum construction contract, with payment based on the submitted Price Proposal Form.
**Mandatory** Pre-Proposal Site Visit: Wednesday November 4, 2026 @ 10AM.
