South Main Street Lift Station

Sealed Proposals for construction of South Main Street Lift Station will be received until Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM. [...] The Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install approximately ±271 LF of 8" SDR 26 PVC gravity sewer, ±55 LF of 2" SCH 80 PVC force main, ±60 LF of 2" PE Force Main, and a packaged duplex lift station with 2 HP pumps.

The Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install approximately ±271 LF of 8" SDR 26 PVC gravity sewer, ±55 LF of 2" SCH 80 PVC force main, ±60 LF of 2" PE Force Main, and a packaged duplex lift station with 2 HP pumps. Installation shall include all work shown in the construction plans, including valves, manholes, and other appurtenances.

Time allotted for completion of work is 120 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.

Proposals must be submitted electronically at **QuestCDN.com**. No paper submissions will be allowed. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No Proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Proposals for a period of sixty (60) days.

The fee to download the digital documents is $150 payable through the website. There will be a $50 fee to submit the Proposal online.

Any Contractor submitting a Proposal must be licensed by the State of Georgia as a Utility Contractor. Offerors MUST complete the *Qualifications of Bidder* (Section 00470) in order to be evaluated for award of Contract.

Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid amount. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful Offeror if contract is awarded.
