RFP J28004 Case Management Services for ACSB, First Circuit

The applicant shall furnish case management services for persons who have been placed on probation, is living in a contracted clean and sober house or in the community and is supervised by the ACSB on the island of Oahu.

**Request for Proposals RFP J28004**: *Case Management Services for the Adult Client Services Branch, First Circuit, The Judiciary, State of Hawaii* for the period **July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2029**.

Applicant is required to provide case management services, specific but not limited to: assistance with obtaining a state identification and/or birth certificate, application for welfare and medical benefits, assistance with employment, vocational and/or educational needs; and assistance with finding permanent housing.

**Due**: December 3, 2026, 12:00 P.M. Hawaii Standard Time.

Applicants interested in responding to this solicitation must be registered on HlePRO. Awards made for this solicitation, if any, shall be done through the HlePRO and shall, therefore, be subject to a **mandatory** .75% (.0075) transaction fee, not to exceed **$5,000** for the total contract term.

Responses to this RFP, including proposed prices and/or fees will be considered firm for 90 days from the proposal due date.

The contract may be extended for an additional two (2) year period, subject to the appropriation and availability of funds and satisfactory performance of services by providers.

Pursuant to HRS §103-53, as a prerequisite to entering into contracts of $25,000 or more, providers are required to have a tax clearance from the Hawaii State Department of Taxation (DOTAX) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
