IndyGo-1501 In-Ground Lift Replacement Project

IPTC is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the full and complete replacement of the existing in-ground lift located in the maintenance garage of IPTC’s 1501 West Washington Street facility. Other work to be performed in tandem includes, but is not limited to, concrete demo and replacement to accommodate the new lift, controls, and accessories for the unit.

Sealed bids will be received by Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC or IndyGo) for the replacement of an existing in-ground lift located in the maintenance garage of IPTC’s 1501 West Washington Street facility as described herein and according to the Solicitation Documents.

Other work to be performed in tandem includes, but is not limited to, concrete demo and replacement to accommodate the new lift, controls, and accessories for the unit.

All Work shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents (as defined in the Contract and Project General Conditions).

This Project IS subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Bidders shall base its bid for the Project Work on the applicable General Wage Determination set forth in Specification 007346, Davis Bacon Wage Scale.

**Submission method:** Owner will receive bids electronically via IndyGo’s e-procurement software application, EUNA/Bonfire, until **NOVEMBER 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM** local time. Bids shall be submitted to: https://indygo.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/258844. All bids received will then be opened and read aloud via Microsoft TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 PM local time. Oral, telephonic, or hard copy bids are invalid and will not receive consideration.

Only registered vendors may submit a response to this solicitation. Registration is free.

**Bid security** shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Bidder may not revoke or cancel his bid or withdraw from the competition for a period of (60) sixty calendar days after the opening of bids.

The successful Bidder shall furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the Contract. The successful bidder shall furnish Certificates of Insurance covering Workmen's Compensation, Public Liability, Property Damage and any other which may be required.

The Contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder complying with the conditions of the Bidding Documents and Contract Documents.

Liquidated damages are required as a condition for this project.

There will be an in-person pre-bid conference on OCTOBER 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM consisting of a review of the Project and solicitation requirements. A site walk will immediately follow.
