2027 Pool Chemical Purchase

Sealed bids for Pool Chemical Purchase will be received by the City of Des Peres, City Clerk's Office. The Scope of Work includes pool chemical deliveries periodically from January - December 2027.

The Scope of Work includes pool chemical deliveries periodically from January - December 2027. The city prefers delivery times between 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. through the rear loading entrance of The Lodge for the indoor pool and the lower level of the outdoor pool pump house during outdoor pool season.

Sealed bids will be received until **9:00 A.M., on Monday, November 16, 2026**, at which time the bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Council Chambers, City Hall, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131. Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope.

Bid packages will be available beginning Monday, October 19th, 2026, from the Des Peres City Clerk, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131; or they can be downloaded for free by visiting http://www.desperesmo.org/bids.aspx

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.

The City of Des Peres is exempt from all sales tax. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request. Any and all discounts for which the City of Des Peres qualifies should be applied and included in the bid.

**No fax, e-mail or verbal bids will be accepted.** Contractors are responsible for the timely delivery of bid packages to the Des Peres City Clerk. A postage meter mark is not sufficient.
